font-size: 1rem;\">l'obligation pour les employeurs de r\u00e9diger un plan pour l'emploi.<\/span><\/p><p>Il d\u00e9crit les mesures prises par l'entreprise pour\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: transparent; text-align: var(--text-align);\">A d\u00e9faut, le projet est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation syndicale ou, lorsque cette derni\u00e8re fait \u00e9galement d\u00e9faut, au comit\u00e9 pour la pr\u00e9vention et la protection au travail ou, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut, aux travailleurs de l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-108abe1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"108abe1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Conseil aux repr\u00e9sentants des travailleurs<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent; text-align: var(--text-align);\">Les repr\u00e9sentants des travailleurs \u00e9mettent un avis comportant \u00e9ventuellement des propositions compl\u00e9mentaires ou alternatives \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de ce plan pour l\u2019emploi, au plus tard dans les deux mois de sa r\u00e9ception.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e72e6f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e72e6f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Si l'employeur ne modifie pas son plan \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de cet avis, il doit expliciter sa d\u00e9cision.<\/h3><p>De plus, l\u2019explication et les propositions formul\u00e9es non prises en compte devront \u00eatre reprises en annexe du plan. Pour ce faire, l\u2019employeur dispose de 2 mois.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d09036
