Ce moment de contact n'est pas obligatoire et le <strong>l'employ\u00e9 peut<\/strong> \u00e0 tout moment <strong>indiquer<\/strong> qu'il\/elle veuille le faire <strong>retarder ou ne pas souhaiter<\/strong>. Si l'employ\u00e9 indique <strong>aucun contact<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>souhaits<\/strong>, ce <strong>respect\u00e9e sans autre discussion<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Au <strong>absences de plus de 8 semaines<\/strong> prend le <strong>employeur<\/strong>, par l'interm\u00e9diaire du <strong>PA-AA et son personnel infirmier<\/strong>, contact dans le cadre de l <strong>obligation l\u00e9gale<\/strong> a <strong>estimer<\/strong> pour faire de la <strong>potentiel de main-d'\u0153uvre<\/strong> par le biais du processus standardis\u00e9 \u00e9tabli par les associations professionnelles PA-AA en concertation avec le SPF WASO.
